So, what is NeoX Ultra?
At its heart, NeoX Ultra is a professional skin resurfacing and rejuvenation laser working at a wavelength of 10,600nm. What makes it stand out is flexibility. It offers three working modes (Fractional, Full Ablative and Hybrid), and you can switch between them in seconds.
That means you can tailor depth, coverage and downtime to each area you’re treating, all from one device.
Meet Ultra Mode
This is the feature we’re most excited about. Ultra Pulse Mode delivers high-energy pulses in a very short pulse width, which boosts precision while limiting how much heat spreads into the surrounding skin.
Why does that matter?
Less heat diffusion means less thermal damage to healthy tissue, which helps reduce the risk of redness, swelling, blistering and hyperpigmentation. For your patients, that translates to a more comfortable treatment and a shorter recovery. It also creates precise microthermal treatment zones, with visible tightening straight after treatment.
Smart technology working behind the scenes
NeoX Ultra’s intelligent digital driver uses closed-loop galvanometer technology alongside a Fire-When-Ready interlock, so every dot is placed precisely and evenly.
Its random scanning is two to three times faster, which helps keep heat build-up and hot spots down and makes treatments more comfortable. Add in automatic handpiece detection and 37-class fault protection, and you’ve got a device designed with safety and reliability front of mind.
You’ll also have plenty of options to play with: 11 scan shapes, 4 extra full ablative patterns and 4 scanning orders.
